It's March 1st. We did it!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Blogger looks out window. Sees no difference between March 1st and February 28th. Deflated blogger returns to post.
This was NOT a good weigh in for me today. I gained back the 2 pounds I lost last week. It seems suspicious to me, however. I don't think my misbehaviour over the past week amounts to a 2 pound swing in the wrong direction. I wasn't THAT naughty. I have reason to believe that my body's composition is currently more water than normal. So, I think it's just a glitchy fluctuation.
That's not to say that I shouldn't be trying harder. It's occurred to me that this blog hasn't been as inspiring as it would be if I wasn't sneaking little cheats in left and right.
My promises for the week:
I will workout (properly) 6 days this week.
I will eat healthy all week long.
I will be an inspiration to my readers.
How did everybody else do? Better than me?

I shocked myself this week, I am down 1 pound. My goal this week is to try and get to the gym 3 times this week and try to eat better expect for friday which I know I will be bad between all the food and a few drinks.
ReplyDeleteGood Luck this week with your goals Jen, I know you can do it if you want to.
I'm down a measley 1lb! Better than nothing I suppose. Yes, you are right...there is absolutely no difference between Feb 28 and Mar 1.
ReplyDeleteWell I surprised myself this week, after a weekend of cake eating I managed to stay exactly the same as last week. Feel bad cause I promised myself a good week last week, never mind got to get back on track. And this time I mean it!
ReplyDeleteI'm up 2lbs...but it was totally worth it. This last weekend was awesome I haven't eaten like that in ages.
ReplyDeleteWell, you guys are inspiring me!
ReplyDeleteWay to loose Nicki and Kelly! I'll be right there with you next week.
Well done maintaining inspite of the cake Jen.
And way to eat without regret nhoward :-)
I've had a healthy day today and as punishment for my poor behaviour last week, I did my most hated workout. But when I was finished, I hardly felt like puking at all...so that's an improvement :-)
It's all about living and learning. You know that the little cheats add up real darned quickly, and can foil hours and days worth of "clean living." It's a learning process. ;)
