I've had a pretty healthy week so far. I've tried really hard to keep my portions under control and I've done some really tough workouts.
But, we have company coming this weekend and apparently they are bringing treats. I suck at resisting treats.
And, AND, it's Valentine's Day on Sunday. I have a love hate relationship with Valentine's Day. It's very delicious, with all the chocolate and romantic restaurant dinners, but oh so very high in calories.
I may fall off the wagon a bit this weekend. I hope not too badly. Wish me luck.
