Late Late Monday Weigh In

I'm late with today's post, very, very late. So late, the Monday Weigh In is being posted on Tuesday. That's pretty bad, I know. What can I say? I've been busy.

I didn't want to weigh myself today, but I'm kinda glad I did. Easter didn't end up doing much damage. I'm down a pound since last Monday, though I'm up 1/2 a pound from my lowest point this week. All-in-all a decent result considering what I've eaten.

How did everybody else do? Don't worry if you had a bad week. It's to be expected with the holiday weekend and all.

    I usually allow myself once a week (usually Sunday) eat everything I want, by everything I mean EVERYTHING, so I found out that it is easier to drop some weigh throughout the week if you know that Sunday is your lucky day.. :))

    I'm exactly even. Must be a miracle after all that food and candy!

  4. I stayed the same. Although I have not been trying very hard. I am going to try and prep myself to really start my weight lost for next week. I don't expect to lose much if anything this week. This week I am going to work on good habits like eating breakfast and drinking 8 cups of water and maybe even get to the gym this week. I am setting a goal of losing 15 pounds by the end of june. I think I can do it, it just means losing 5 pounds a month.

    Good job Jen on being down a pound with all the treats easter brings.

  5. I'm down 2 pounds this week. Was down for midweek but apparently added 2 pounds this weekend. I was really good though and watched my portions and didn't pig out on all the goodies Mom always has out!!! So proud of myself for that one cuz you know what kinda spread my Mom puts out!!!

    And good for you for being down a pound!!

  6. Hi Jen, welldone for losing weight over Easter! I have to admit as a chocoholic this weekend was hell. I'll let you know how I get on at weightwatchers tomorrow.

  7. I weigh in tomorrow and I'm not sure. I've been eating okay but not exercising. We'll see. but good job on the loss.

  8. just got back from fatty club and I'm down 3.5
    lbs! not bad considering :)

  9. Wow! Everybody managed to get through Easter unscathed - GO TEAM!!! We're awesome!
