OK, this challenge is not going well no my part.
I have officially gotten nowhere! Very disappointing. Sipping my coffee dejectedly.

This is Operation Brick House. I'm going to be leaner, fitter and healthier than I've ever been before!
I am not doing so good either, I am up half a pound this week. I just can't get into it this time. I have not gone to the gym yet either. Maybe next week will be better.
ReplyDeleteIm not doing what you guys are doing but I know where you are at. I started a new diet plan last week and completely bombed at a buffet over the weekend. I just cant get rid of my food addiction this year.

Hey Darling!! Where's the updates?? So I weighed myself this morning and I am down 10lbs!!! I was SO friggin' happy to see that I did a little dance!! Brooke and I played raquetteball for 40 mins last night. You sure can work up a sweat doing that!! I'm a little worried about this weekend but I'm gonna try to be really good and only have 2 desserts instead of 4...haha!!
