I'm up half a pound. Oh well. I felt like crap most of the week. I had a really crummy cold. Better luck next week. How'd everybody else do?

ReplyDeleteI was dead even with my starting weight on my scale. But then I had my checkup with the doctor and I'm down 2lbs according to his scale. Soooo...I'm cheating this week and going by the doctors scale! :)
I'm up one pound, also not feeling well last week. but on track this week
ReplyDeleteI am up 0.2 lbs. Hopefully I can make it to the gym this week and be down a pound or two for next week.
