Being sick sucks! Hopefully a better week is ahead for you.I was dead even with my starting weight on my scale. But then I had my checkup with the doctor and I'm down 2lbs according to his scale. Soooo...I'm cheating this week and going by the doctors scale! :)
I'm up one pound, also not feeling well last week. but on track this week
I am up 0.2 lbs. Hopefully I can make it to the gym this week and be down a pound or two for next week.
I have been in a craptastic mood for a couple of weeks and can't seem to find the motivation to get my butt to the gym!
